<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce power consumption of an integrated circuit device by eliminating contradiction between a standard specification and an environment (an actual use condition) where an electronic apparatus is actually used. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes: a host interface 30 receiving a standard specification command and an internal specification command; a register part (RG); a logic circuit part 110; a first oscillation circuit OSC using an oscillator; a second oscillation circuit 50 to be used when starting the first oscillation circuit; and an oscillation start circuit 52 executing sequence control for starting the first oscillation circuit. The integrated circuit device disables the first oscillation circuit OSC and the logic circuit part 110 by a first command that is the internal specification command, and enables the first oscillation circuit OSC and the logic circuit part 110 through the register part RG by a second command that is the internal specification command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
