<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encoding technique capable of improving encoding efficiency without degrading image quality, reducing a load on an encoding process, and satisfying a demand related to a real-time property. <P>SOLUTION: Camera angles of a plurality of cameras directed to imaging objects are acquired to identify the imaging object for every camera; a pertinent encoding parameter is read from an encoding parameter table with encoding parameters corresponding to the imaging objects stored therein; and an encoding process for every camera image is performed to output encoding data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
