PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup element reducing a noise generation by reflection light and improving a light utilization efficiency when constituting the solid-state image pickup element configured to cause a photoelectric conversion part to reflect an incident light passing through a substrate. SOLUTION: The solid-state image pickup element includes the optical conversion part formed inside the substrate with respect to each pixel, and a light condensing part provided on a side of the substrate that the incident light enters and condensing the incident light to the optical conversion part, wherein the solid-state image pickup element includes a reflector provided on a side opposite to the light condensing part and having a recessed shape toward the substrate, and the reflector has a configuration to orient a same-size imaging position of the reflector to a condensing position of the light condensing part.
