PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing fraudulent entry of a lent ball/medal, which can be achieved at a relatively low cost and which makes it possible to effectively prevent a fraudulent activity such as mixing a lent ball or medal of a low exchange rate into a lent ball or medal of a high exchange rate and using it as a high exchange rate one, or prevents a lent ball or medal of other parlor from being used. SOLUTION: Since the entry/exit of people to/from an amusement parlor and movement of people within there frequently occur, it is difficult to individually surveil each person entering the amusement parlor, from a practical reason as well as a human right reason. The present invention interprets that as long as each customer is made aware that he or she is surveilled, the purpose of surveillance may be achieved to a certain degree. Accordingly, a color, figure, pattern, character, or other identifying element 2 is given to each of lent balls or medals 1, and an auxiliary means 4 for identifying the identifying element 2 is installed in an arbitrary part of equipment in which lent balls or medals 1 are present, in the parlor.
