PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing lid for a cylindrical cut-out capable of facilitating mounting of the closing lid on an insertion port of the cut-out without full-scale modification on the cut-out side or without necessity of expertise, and to provide its mounting mechanism. SOLUTION: In the mounting mechanism of the closing lid, against the insertion port opened in the lower part of the cylindrical cut-out equipped with a built-in fuse cylinder, the closing lid 34 is supported and mounted by an auxiliary tool 60 mounted on CF attachment 20 of the operation rod tip. A leaf spring to retain the closing lid in a mounted state is provided in the insertion port of the cut-out. As an adsorption means of mutually adsorbing, coupling and supporting by magnetism weaker than an elastic force of recovery (holding force) of the leaf spring, an iron tabular member 53 is deployed at a closing lid side while a magnet 66 for adsorbing to the tabular member by magnetism is deployed at the auxiliary tool of the CF attachment of the operation rod tip.
