PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a gain distortion and a phase distortion, without reducing amplifier efficiency, in an N-Way Doherty amplifier having a plurality of peak amplifiers, thereby: reducing the number of components; and making a circuit compact/lightweight. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a synthesizer for an N-Way Doherty amplifier which is connected to an output stage of the N-Way Doherty amplifier and combines an output from a carrier amplifier and outputs from a plurality of peak amplifiers, wherein the synthesizer has: a firstλ/4 line connected between a point combining the output from the carrier amplifier and the outputs from the peak amplifiers and the carrier amplifier; and a secondλ/4 line connected between the combination point and an output terminal. The firstλ/4 line and the secondλ/4 line are comprised of strip lines, and the firstλ/4 line and the secondλ/4 line are formed within a dielectric substrate and constituted in a chip shape. Theλ/4 lines are integrated with a phase adjustment line, the number of which may be increased by bringing the phase adjustment line into N-Way, thereby making the synthesizer compact and reducing the number of components.
