PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor wherein an ESR characteristic has been further improved in a high-frequency region. SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor includes: an anode part 21 wherein a plurality of capacitor elements 19 are laminated, and to which anode extraction parts 17 of the capacitor elements 19 are joined; a cathode part 22 to which cathode layers 16 of the capacitor element 19 are joined through conductive sheets 20; an anode terminal 23 and a cathode terminal 24 to be joined with the anode part 21 and the cathode part 22 respectively; and an exterior resin layer 26 to cover a laminated body 19a of the capacitor elements 19.
