PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt device capable of a removing powder lubricant by a simple configuration; and to provide an image forming apparatus not causing the uneven density of an image caused by uneven charging by adopting the endless belt device as an intermediate transfer belt device. SOLUTION: The endless belt device 100 includes a lubricant collecting means A abutted on an endless belt 100 to collect the lubricant on the belt 100. The lubricant collecting means A includes: a lubricant collecting roller 101 abutted on the belt 100; and a lubricant collecting roller cleaning member 102 abutted on the lubricant collecting roller 101.
