PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shut the gravy, oily smoke, odor, or the like emitted from a foodstuff when the foodstuff is roasted with the heat radiation from a heat source disposed above; to prevent contamination inside a cooking device; and to efficiently cook the foodstuff. SOLUTION: The cooking sheet is made of a heat-resistant resin film through which heat rays permeate, and is placed on a cooking container to cover an opened upper surface of the cooking container in which the foodstuff 31 is stored.
