PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium processing apparatus which restricts skewing and jamming of a booklet and sheets of papers being transferred, and can suppress body cost and application costs. SOLUTION: A passbook is transferred along a passbook exclusive transfer path 20a and a common transfer path 20b. A form is transferred along a form exclusive transfer path 30a and the common transfer path 20b. A passbook/form processing apparatus 1 is arranged to a magnetic head 24a and the passbook exclusive transfer path 20a which does not transfer the form. The form is accordingly prevented from hitting the magnetic head 24a to skew or jam. A reliability to skewing or jamming of the form can be improved. Moreover, the common transfer path 20b which transfers the passbook and form is suppressed in length, so that the body cost and application costs can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
