<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nonstick coating material which has high resistance to impact, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A cooking utensil is coated with metallic nonstick coating material which consists of nickel-aluminum-molybdenum (NiAlMo) alloy which consists primarily of nickel aluminum (NiAl) and/or nickel-chromium-chromium carbide (NiCr-Cr<SB>3</SB>C<SB>2</SB>) which consists primarily of chromium carbide (Cr<SB>3</SB>C<SB>2</SB>).
