METHOD OF SEPARATING AMIDE PRODUCT FROM AMINO ACID-TYPE IONIC LIQUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can circulate and reuse an ionic liquid while utilizing the advantage of the liquid phase Beckmann rearrangement reaction system and can commercialize the separation of an amide of a product from the liquid phase Beckmann rearrangement reaction system.

SOLUTION: The method is to separate an amide product formed by the Beckmann rearrangement reaction from an amino acid-type ionic liquid and includes adding a polar solvent and an extracting solvent to the amino acid-type ionic liquid containing an amide product and thereafter separating the amide product from the amino acid-type ionic liquid.
