<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the change control of a set pressure difference and set water supply pressure without causing a trouble. <P>SOLUTION: A table TB1 which shows a relationship between a set pressure differenceΔPsp and a lower limit value INV<SB>MIN</SB>of an inverter output to a primary pump 2 capable of securing a minimum flow rate Q<SB>MIN</SB>to a heat source machine 1 is provided in a control device 12. The control device 12 obtains a lower limit value INV<SB>MIN</SB>now of the inverter output corresponding to a present set pressure differenceΔPspnow from the table TB1, the obtained lower limit value INV<SB>MIN</SB>now of the inverter output is set as a lower limit set value INV<SB>MIN</SB>sp of the inverter output in the present set pressure differenceΔPspnow, and the inverter output INV to the primary pump 2 is regulated not to be lower than the lower limit set value INV<SB>MIN</SB>sp.
