<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner and air conditioning system, making comfortable energy-saving air-conditioning control during sleep. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioner includes: an air conditioning means for conditioning the air of an indoor space; a sleep state acquiring system for determining a sleep state of a sleeper; and a control means for determining a set temperature of the air conditioning means according to the sleep state determined by the speed state acquiring system and an operation mode, and controlling the air conditioning means so that a temperature of the indoor space is kept at the set temperature. The control means gradually lowers the set temperature to a temperature lower than the initial set temperature when the sleeper starts sleeping and the operation mode is a cooling operation, and then sets the set temperature to a temperature higher than the initial set temperature when the sleeper sleeps deeply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
