<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable power supply device with a built-in cylindrical battery, which is miniaturized while maintaining sufficient mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: The portable power supply device with the built-in cylindrical battery CB includes a bottomed cylindrical body case 10 which has an outer diameter slightly larger than that of the cylindrical battery CB and is opened in one direction; a substantially cylindrical cap part 20 which detachably closes the opening of the body case 10 and has a blocking surface 21 facing the opening and an external surface 22 opposed to the blocking surface 21 and exposed to the outside; a sheet-like circuit board 38 which is stored in the cap part 20 and mounted with a voltage conversion circuit for converting the voltage of the cylindrical battery CB stored in the body case 10; and a feed terminal 50 which is provided on the external surface 22 of the cap part 20 and can output power of the cylindrical battery CB stored in the body case 10.
