PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a cover capable of preventing occurrence of a gap in an overlapped part when a curved surface of the cover is overlapped with the curved part of a trim. SOLUTION: An air conditioning unit 26 is mounted on a panel 28 which comprises a part of a vehicle body. A rear side surface of the air conditioning unit 26 is covered by the trim 14. The cover 30 is mounted in such a state that the trim 14 intervenes with the air conditioning unit 26. The curved surface 14a of the trim 14 is overlapped with the curved surface 30a of the cover 30.
