PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device capable of suppressing generation of gear rattling sound while suppressing increase of a space in the axial direction. SOLUTION: A damper device includes a first side plate 14 connected to an outer circumferential portion of a flywheel 11 to which a rotational force from a power source is transmitted, a second side plate 15 arranged at a position displaced in an axial direction relative to the first side plate 14 and connected to the first side plate 14, a center plate member 17 provided between the first side plate 14 and the second side plate 15 and outputting the rotational force towards a gear mechanism, and an elastic member 18 absorbing fluctuation torque generated between the first side plate 14 and the second side plate 15 on the one hand and the center plate member 17 on the other hand.
