<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the start an air conditioning operation in starting the air conditioning operation. <P>SOLUTION: This air-conditioning hot water supply system 1 includes a refrigerant circuit 10 configured by successively connecting a compressor 11, a hot water supply heating pipe 12 wound around a hot water supply tank 4 in which warm water for hot water supply is stored, an outdoor heat exchanger 14, an electric valve 17 as a pressure reducing mechanism, and an indoor heat exchanger 18 disposed in an air-conditioned room. The refrigerant circuit 10 has a first bypass circuit 30 connecting a circuit from the compressor 11 to the hot water supply heating pipe 12, and a circuit from the hot water supply heating pipe 12 to the outdoor heat exchanger 14. The first bypass circuit 30 has an electric valve 31.
