PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation inspection apparatus which can inspect insulation state between inspection points in a short time. SOLUTION: The insulation inspection apparatus connects Ma inspection points of not more than "M=9" points from among "N=10" inspection points to L potential, performs inspection processing inspecting the insulation state in between Ma inspection points and one inspection points by changing the combination of "M=9" inspection points and one inspection point Na number of times of not more than "N=10" number of times on the basis of an electric parameter measured when one inspection point other than "M=9" points is connected to H potential, and inspects the insulation state of one inspection point connected to the H potential in inspection processing, when the insulation state has been inspected to be proper in any one of inspection processings performed "(N-1)=9" number of times, without connecting it to the L potential in inspection processing performed thereafter.
