PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which can easily select a communicated terminal as a communication destination even when the communication device first communicates with the communicated terminal. SOLUTION: The communication device 100 is a communication device which selects a target communicated terminal to communicate from among a plurality of communicated terminals, and communicates. The communication device 100 includes: a configuration information obtaining part 21 for obtaining configuration information sent from the communicated terminal holding its own configuration information; and a communication destination selecting part 24 for selecting the target communicated terminal based on the configuration information obtained by the configuration information obtaining part 21.
