PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill of a low wooden house or the like which is simply structured, includes less number of parts, and enables operations to be easily performed and which is prevented from being damaged or slid against the horizontally vibrating earthquake load of an earthquake. SOLUTION: A base-isolation sheet 18 having predetermined width, thickness, and length is laid down on an inverted T-shaped concrete foundation 10 or a rectangular concrete foundation, or without laying down the base-isolation sheet 18, the lower half of an H-steel 14 or a rectangular H-steel having a width enabling the inner wall surface thereof to generally match the outer wall surface of the inverted T-shaped concrete foundation 10 or the rectangular concrete foundation is fitted to the inverted T-shaped concrete foundation or the rectangular concrete foundation. The lower half partially holds the reverse-T concrete foundation 10 or the rectangular concrete foundation from the outside. The sill 16 is fitted into the wall surface of the upper half of the H-steel 14 or the rectangular H-steel so as to integrate the foundation with the sill. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
