PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer composition having excellent balance of heat resistance, elongation and modulus, excellent melt-extendability and good adhesiveness to a polyurethane. SOLUTION: The elastomer composition for producing the melt-extended product contains 100 pts.wt. of a specific block polymer C containing an aromatic vinyl monomer unit and a conjugated diene monomer unit as main constituent units, 50-200 pts.wt. of a softening agent D, 10-300 pts.wt. of a specified ethylene-α-olefin copolymer E having 1-3 of a molecular weight distribution, 210-1,000 pts.wt. of a specific propylene polymer F having 1-3 of the molecular weight distribution, and 50-200 pts.wt. of a specified distribution-controlled block polymer G.
