PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive and therapeutic agent for collagen diseases that inhibits functions of TREM-1 to exhibit preventive and therapeutic effects against collagen diseases, and to provide a method for screening the preventive and therapeutic agent for collagen diseases by inhibiting functions of TREM-1. SOLUTION: The preventive and therapeutic agent for collagen diseases comprises a TREM-1-inhibiting substance.
