PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stack structure and a recorder, improving replenishing workability in a recording medium. SOLUTION: A stack part 10 is formed by arranging a paper ejecting tray 12 on a paper feeding tray 11 inside a takeout port 3 for taking out recording paper. The paper ejecting tray 12 has a rotary shaft 13 for freely displacing an angle to a paper feeding port 11b of the paper feeding tray 11 on the upstream side in the takeout direction more than the takeout port 3, and adopts a constitution having a lock mechanism 60 for locking the paper ejecting tray 12 displaced around the rotary shaft 13 at a predetermined angle.
