PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device of a plane type display device capable of rationalizing and simplifying the carrying, transfer and movement of the plane type display device. SOLUTION: The carrying device 10 of the plane type display device includes (α) a vacuum-suction device 40 for vacuum-sucking an image display part 51 of the plane type display device 50 and (β) moving means 20 and 30 for vertically lifting the vacuum-suction device 40 and moving the vacuum-suction device in the horizontal direction.
