PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that when a lock lever of a locking means is disposed in front of a liftable safety frame, the clearance between a driver's seat and the lock lever is narrowed, and when the safety area is secured, the layout of the driver's seat is formed to lie to the front so as to make it difficult for a driver to drive. SOLUTION: In a safety frame structure of a tractor, the rear view arched safety frame stood on the right and left rear position of the driver's seat is liftably and pivotally attached around a support shaft in the right and left lateral direction relative to a vehicle side frame 9, and the locking means 11 is provided to lock the safety frame by switching between a raised posture and a tilted-rearward posture.
