PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable slip attached mount in which convenience of a detachable slip is enhanced by making effective use of the reverse side of the detachable slip by making the reverse side usable for writing information thereon, even when the detachable slip as a medium separably provided on the mount is detached from the mount and used. SOLUTION: In the detachable slip attached mount, the detachable slip is installed on a prescribed part on the mount. In the detachable slip, a tear-off perforation is formed along the periphery, with a prescribed space apart from the periphery of the detachable slip. A reverse region in the outer portion from the part with the tear-off perforation formed and the surface of the mount are detachably pseudo-bonded. In the reverse region of the detachable slip, a portion of the inner part with the tear-off perforation formed is pseudo-bonded detachably with the surface of the mount. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
