FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: method to control operation of terminal, a terminal and a system of communication are proposed. A server to control operation of the terminal requests from the terminal a condition of the required function activity, at the same time the condition of the required function activity represents a condition of completion or a condition of a function termination. According to a condition of the function activity, the server assigns a control instruction, which contains an instruction to start or stop the required function. The server sends a command of device control, containing a control instruction, to a terminal.
