<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably watch three-dimensional images without damaging presence by solving the problem that the viewer feels sick while watching since a depth is not appropriately set in controlling the depth which generally indicates the length of a close view and a distant view and serves as the scale of the length, while there are various concepts of length in conventional three-dimensional video images. <P>SOLUTION: For the three-dimensional signal generator, in a dynamic range conversion circuit 18, a dynamic change of the magnitude of a sound volume is detected so that the width of the close view and the distant view is increased when it is large and the width of the close view and the distant view is reduced when the sound volume is small. In a timer circuit 19, the depth of 3D display is detected, and when the state that the width of the close view and the distant view is large continues for a long time (15 minutes or longer), the width of the close view and the distant view is automatically reduced to 2/3 to 1/2. A depth regulation circuit 20 obtains a standard depth from an environment during viewing by an operation and regulates the depth so as to be included between separately inputted upper limit and lower limit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
