<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the problem, such as information leakage by placing restrictions on printing process by a repeating offender of neglected print. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor comprises: a printing control means for performing a printing process of printing data with identification information generated using printing data received by receiving means and identification information for specifying a requesting user; an acquisition means for acquiring image data obtained by reading a printed sheet which has been printed using the printing data with identification information; a specification means for specifying the requesting user from the identification information embedded in the image data, by analyzing the image data acquired by the acquisition means; a control means for controlling the number of times specified by the specification means for each requesting user; and a notification means for notifying the requesting user who has attained a predetermined number of times by the control of the control means of a password.
