<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight sound-absorbing polyurethane-molded article which is formed of chipped polyurethane, has both of hardness and hardly deflecting property while attaining a low density and satisfies performance of absorbing sounds. <P>SOLUTION: The lightweight sound-absorbing polyurethane-molded article is obtained by mixing raw material polyurethane chips 11 which are obtained by crushing a polyurethane expanded material and satisfy that the shortest one side of the minimum chip (C1) has≥8 mm and the longest one side of the maximum chip (C2) is≤25 mm, recovered wool filament pieces 12 formed of recovered wool, and a urethane-based adhesive 13, and press-molding the mixture while introducing steam into the mixture. The mixing ratio by weight of the raw material polyurethane chips to the filamentous pieces 12 of recovered wool satisfies 20:80 to 80:20. The lightweight sound-absorbing polyurethane-molded article 10 has 0.03-0.07 g/cm<SP>3</SP>density and satisfies≥28N load when measured by using a push-pull gauge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
