<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible solar cell panel which can be installed on an arch type cover installed in water/sewage-work facilities or a soundproof wall of a highway without reference to whether the flexible solar cell panel is newly installed or already installed and in a corrosive atmosphere. <P>SOLUTION: In the flexible solar cell panel, a plastic plate 12 for giving rigidity necessary to an amorphous solar cell is bonded to a flexible amorphous solar cell, or to a solar cell where a crystal silicon wafer is laminated with a fluorine-based film, and further a frame 13 of the same material to hold the solar cell is fixed around its surrounding, whereby, the flexible solar cell module 11 having reliability in a long term which is not corroded by corrosive gas, is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
