<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly manage record in a support service. <P>SOLUTION: Each facility in each business office is provided with a terminal device 20. Each terminal device 20 is connected to a server 10 through a network 30. Information on users who use a facility which provides the support service is registered to a server 10 through the terminal device 20. The information on the users is acquired from the server 10 as needed by use of the terminal device 20.
