PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter capable of reducing a current consumption. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter includes: a monitoring circuit which monitors an output signal of a mode comparator and which outputs a signal for detecting a mode change when a signal output from the mode comparator is changed to a load mode; and a clamp circuit which is connected between a power supply and a ground, and which changes a voltage of one end of a filter circuit to a predetermined specified voltage.
