PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device for rapidly damping the vibration of a hoisted cargo or the like. SOLUTION: In the vibration control device for controlling the vibration of a hoisted cargo 106 by the thrust obtained by rotating a propeller 108, the rotational angle is changed by using the propeller with its pitch angle being changeable according to the vibrating direction of the hoisted cargo while rotating the propeller, and the thrust obtained from the propeller is matched in the vibrating direction of the hoisted cargo to damp the vibration of the hoisted cargo.
