PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor in which an electrode is a metal electrode formed of metal fine particles and having a structure denser than a conventional one, and capacitance is high. SOLUTION: The capacitor includes at least the metallic electrodes facing each other, a polymer electrolyte and a electrolyte solution. In the capacitor, the metal electrodes contact the polymer electrolyte and a region constituting each of the metal electrodes is made of metal particles having an average particle size of≤1μm, and the polymer electrolyte is an ion exchange resin.
