PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reduction in strength of a casing caused by the size of a window part without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: A casing 2 houses a circuit board 5 and a circuit component 6, and at least two optical related parts 3, 4 are stored. The circuit component 6 is mounted on the circuit board 5, or arranged in an area between the circuit board 5 and the casing 2. The optical related parts 3, 4 include 3A, 4A as one of the light emitting part and incident part. The optical related parts 3, 4 are arranged in parallel with the emitting part 3A(4A) or the incident part 4A(3A) facing the same direction. At the same time, the optical related parts 3, 4 are mounted on the circuit component 6 in such a way that an optical path length between the emitting part 3A(4A) or the incident part 4A(3A) and the casing 2 is shorter than when they are mounted on the circuit board 5.
