<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic sheet free from line contamination which can demonstrate an excellent antistatic function for a long term, in applications for partition and curing as well as in an application for covering a plastic metal member and in an application as a substitute of strings or adhesive tapes. <P>SOLUTION: Conductive ink where a surface resistance value after coating/drying is from 1×10<SP>4</SP>to 9×10<SP>5</SP>Ωis coated on one side of a base sheet where a leakage resistance value is from 1×10<SP>10</SP>to 1×10<SP>12</SP>Ωto cover the whole surface or in an optional continuous pattern. A layer having the leakage resistance value from 1×10<SP>10</SP>to 1×10<SP>12</SP>Ωis provided on the conductive ink coated side of the base sheet. At that time, preferably, the conductive ink is made by dissolving carbon of 7-9 wt.% and vinyl chloride resin of 9-11 wt.% into an organic solvent. Preferably, the base sheet and the layer include a conductive plasticizer of 10-60 pts.wt. with respect to the vinyl chloride resin of 100 pts.wt., and have the self-adhesion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
