PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting device with installation time shortened, capable of facilitating installation. SOLUTION: The device includes a daylighting means 8 fitted at a folded-plate roof 6 with a plurality of folded-plate roof materials 54 side-seamed and for guide light from the sun, a cylindrical light guide means 10 for guide light from the daylighting means 8 in a given direction by reflecting at its inner surface, and an irradiating means 12 for irradiating light guided from the light guide means 10 toward indoors. A mounting member 16 of the daylighting means 8 is equipped with a base 20 mounted on the folded-plate roof 6, and a cylinder-shaped part 28 extended upward from the base 20 for supporting a dome member 14, and a plurality of mounting recesses 42, 44 extended in a given direction is provided on an underside of the base 20.
