PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount for fixing a motor, in which an attaching plate is robustly bonded to a anti-vibration elastic member. SOLUTION: Openings 9, 12 for inserting a rotary shaft 6 of a motor, and a bonding surface 3a which is polished like a ring around each of the openings are provided on the attaching plates 2, 3 such as a metal or another conductive material, a ring-like elastic member 4 is bonded using an adhesive applied to the bonding surfaces and integrated, and a conductive paint is applied between the elastic member 4 and the surfaces of the attaching plates 2, 3 like a bridge to cause electric conduction.
