PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter apparatus stabilizing an output voltage when switching a both sides switching mode and a single side switching mode. SOLUTION: In the mode switching between the both sides switching mode and the single side switching mode, a control unit 48 of the DC/DC converter apparatus 50 matches ratios R of a primary-side voltage V1 to a secondary-side voltage V2 before and after the mode switching.
