PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application executing method by which a function of application to be executed in an image forming apparatus can be implemented in another apparatus. SOLUTION: This invention relates to terminal equipment, which functions as an emulator of an image forming apparatus, including an activation module for activating, inside the terminal equipment, a first application for displaying an operation screen to operate on a screen of the terminal equipment, on a screen of the terminal equipment.
