PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign language video-generating device for newly adding term pair information which is a pair of term and sign language video to a sign language video dictionary to improve the processing speed when a text is converted into sign language video. SOLUTION: The sign language video-generating device includes: a storage section 11 for storing the sign language video dictionary having a plurality of pieces of term pair information which is the pair of the term and the sign language video corresponding to the term; a term acquiring section 13 for acquiring a term that does not exist in the sign language video dictionary from a text group including a plurality of texts; a sign language video-generating section 14 for acquiring two or more sign language videos corresponding to the obtained term from the sign language video dictionary and generating a sign language video where the two or more sign language videos are connected to each other; and an accumulating section 15 for accumulating the term pair information which is the pair of the obtained term and the generated sign language video into the storage section 11.
