PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide environment allowing certain and immediate utilization of a received digital content by a home network apparatus. SOLUTION: A content transfer management part 104b of the content reception device 104 receives the digital content via a communication path established by use of a telephone number, and registers a state that the received digital content is not referred to into an unreferred content list.
