PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent screen-flickering upon transition of a screen displayed on a display part of a device.

SOLUTION: In the apparatus A, a display part 7a is configured to display screen information in a first visible display frame and a second invisible display frame by browser, and the first and second display frames are displayed on the display part. An operation instruction to the screen information in the first display frame of the display part 7a is detected by a detection part 15. On the basis of a request for the operation instruction, an image response control part 27 transmits next-screen information corresponding to the operation instruction to the second display frame, using a Web application program. When the browser detects that drawing of the next-screen information in the second display frame is completed, the display control part 13 displays the next-screen information on the display part 7a in a visible manner after replacing the second display frame by the first display frame.
