<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance scheduling system and a program for performing scheduling of serviceman's visit for maintenance to be performed when a fault occurs in a printer. <P>SOLUTION: A management server in the maintenance scheduling system stores management information including information on the date and time available for a serviceman to pay a visit and information on the date and time available for receiving a serviceman's visit, and includes a fault information receiving means for receiving fault information from a printer, a visit date and time candidate acquiring means for acquiring visit date and time candidates for maintenance of the printer from the management information based on the fault information received by the fault information receiving means, a visit date and time candidate transmitting means for transmitting the visit date and time candidates acquired by the visit date and time candidate acquiring means to the printer, a visit date and time receiving means for receiving the visit date and time for maintenance of the printer, and a visit date and time storing means for storing the visit date and time received by the visit date and time receiving means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
