<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support trouble investigation of a system by narrowing down a range causing abnormality of a network. <P>SOLUTION: A related class application part 11 in a failure part estimation system 10, while referring to configuration information 21, a related class application rule 22 and a related class 23, applies the related class based on the related class application rule 22 about relation among components included in the configuration information 21. An investigation range restriction part 12, while referring to the related class 23, investigation contents 24 and abnormality detection information 25, finds out components followed in accordance with an investigation range and the relation of the components as an investigation range restriction tree in each component in which abnormality occurs. A failure generation part candidate estimation part 13 estimates candidates of a part, in which a failure causing abnormality occurs, based on the appearance frequency of components in the investigation range restriction tree found out in each component in which abnormality occurs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
