<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional food free from uneasy peculiar smell derived from animal, and having placenta extract effect for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The functional food is reduced in peculiar smell derived from animal by mixing at least either one of a pig placenta extract or a horse placenta extract with compound seasoning. The functional food is drinkable as soup. The compound seasoning is prepared by mixing seasoning such as sodium glutamate, sodium inosinate, and sodium guanylate, common salt, lactose, or the like at an appropriate mixing ratio, and especially, sodium glutamate is preferably used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
