<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit structure body which cuts off an overcurrent with simple configuration, and an electric junction box. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit structure body 20 arranged in a current path between an electric component and a battery comprises: a conductive path which constitutes a part of the current path; a MOSFET 24 connected to the conductive path by a bonding wire 23; a heat sensing element 28 which is arranged at the bonding wire 23 so as to transfer heat, and has predetermined temperature characteristics; a heat sensing circuit 29 which outputs a temperature increase signal for limiting a current flowing in the current path by using the MOSFET 24 when a temperature of the heat sensing element 28 reaches a predetermined temperature on the basis of a signal from the heat sensing element 28; and a mold resin 30 which covers the bonding wire 23 and the heat sensing element 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
