<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve arrangement position adjustment in rewinding, temporary stop, fast forward or the like of a media file without requiring a storage area to store the media file concerning a terminal for receiving the media file to be delivered by multicast stream. <P>SOLUTION: During the reproduction of held sound delivered by multicast stream in an IP telephone set 3-1, a call control server 1 requests a media server 2-2 to start the new stream delivery only to the IP telephone set 3-1, where a stream delivery position is adjusted, while continuing the multicast stream delivery.
